Security Manager

We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Security Operations professional

to join our team and oversee security operations at a critical site environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring operational standards are maintained, supporting emergency preparedness, and working closely with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee security operations, personnel and site requirements in a physical security environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily security operations and security personnel.
• Lead teams and manage customers, vendors and contractors.
• Conduct and support security audits and compliance checks.
• Prepare and review incident reports, emergency event summaries and RCA reports.
• Support emergency response planning and drills.
• Review SOPs, O&M manuals and other operational documents.
• Manage and monitor CCTV and EACS systems.
• Identify operational gaps and drive service improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Security, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, including 2+ years in a people management role.
• Experience in physical security or operations environment.
• Data centre / mission-critical experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing audits, third-party vendors and customers.
• Valid Security Licence and First Aid Certificate, or meet the requirements to obtain them.
• Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer systems; CCTV/EACS experience is an advantage.
• Able to work in a 24/7 operational environment, where required.
