Security Operations Engineer
Summary
Operate and secure Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot Zero Trust networks, and build AI agents for log analysis, alert triage, and incident remediation.
You operate and troubleshoot server-side and client-side components within a Zero Trust architecture, govern security risks, manage Kubernetes environments, improve monitoring and observability, and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation.
Responsibilities
- Manage K3s and Kubernetes versions and disaster recovery
- Identify and reproduce system issues
- Engage vendors to resolve root causes
- Troubleshoot cluster networks and device compliance risks
- Optimize access control policies
- Build and improve log monitoring systems
- Create alert rules and analyze trends
- Design and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis
- Triage alerts and automate incident remediation
Requirements
- Kubernetes and K3s core concepts
- Cluster-level troubleshooting
- Security principles
- Zero Trust model
- Networking fundamentals
- Network troubleshooting
- AI tools such as Claude and Codex
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
