Security Operations Engineer

Summary

Operate and secure Kubernetes clusters, troubleshoot Zero Trust networks, and build AI agents for log analysis, alert triage, and incident remediation.

You operate and troubleshoot server-side and client-side components within a Zero Trust architecture, govern security risks, manage Kubernetes environments, improve monitoring and observability, and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage K3s and Kubernetes versions and disaster recovery
  • Identify and reproduce system issues
  • Engage vendors to resolve root causes
  • Troubleshoot cluster networks and device compliance risks
  • Optimize access control policies
  • Build and improve log monitoring systems
  • Create alert rules and analyze trends
  • Design and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis
  • Triage alerts and automate incident remediation

Requirements

  • Kubernetes and K3s core concepts
  • Cluster-level troubleshooting
  • Security principles
  • Zero Trust model
  • Networking fundamentals
  • Network troubleshooting
  • AI tools such as Claude and Codex
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
