Summary

The Security role at the Parent Stock farm involves monitoring flock health, ensuring adherence to biosecurity and safety SOPs, and overseeing daily operational activities. The position requires supporting supervisors and providing guidance to farm operators to maintain animal welfare and production standards.

Perform and lead daily Parent Stock farm activities in accordance with SOPs and work instructions. Monitor flock condition and operational parameters, including feeding, egg collection, mortality, and hygiene. Support supervisors in ensuring biosecurity, animal welfare, and safety standards are followed. Provide guidance and on-the-job support to operators and junior staff. Identify and report abnormalities in flock health, equipment, or operations. Ensure accurate recording of daily production and operational data. Support implementation of improvement actions and best practices at farm level.
