If you are passionate about innovation and want to push the boundaries of entertainment, join our adventure and help us create the unknown! #### Job Description As a **Security Specialist – Digital Fraud** at Ubisoft Montréal, you will help protect our players and our platforms by detecting, understanding and reducing large-scale digital fraud. Working with the Data, Engineering, Product and Production teams, you will strengthen fraud prevention capabilities and help respond to emerging threats to ensure a secure and reliable gaming experience. **What you will do** - Explore and interpret **transactional and behavioral data** to identify fraud patterns and anomalies - Design and maintain **dashboards and reports** using tools such as **Splunk**, **Azure Data Explorer** and **Databricks** to track trends and key indicators - Investigate **digital fraud threats**, including credential stuffing, account takeover, fake account creation and marketplace abuse - Design and deploy **detection rules, alerts and use cases** in monitoring platforms - Collaborate with the **Data, Engineering and Product** teams to improve detection systems, risk engines and operational processes - Conduct **root cause analyses** following fraud incidents and contribute to long-term prevention strategies - Identify gaps in detection capabilities and support the continuous improvement of prevention frameworks - Support **fraud incident management** and post-incident analyses - Provide clear **recommendations and analyses** to stakeholders as a point of contact #### Qualifications **What you bring to the team** - Experience in **digital fraud**, **threat hunting** or **fraud risk management** - Hands-on experience with **fraud detection systems**, **risk engines** or **security information and event management** platforms - Strong proficiency in **SQL** and **Python** for data analysis and automation - Experience with **large-scale datasets** and turning analyses into concrete actions - Experience creating **detection logic**, scoring mechanisms or pattern-based rules - Understanding of **common fraud vectors**, such as account takeover and automated attacks - Strong **analytical and problem-solving** skills, with attention to detail - Ability to communicate complex findings to **technical and non-technical** audiences #### Additional Information **What to send us** - Your resume highlighting your relevant skills and experience - Examples of projects, analyses, dashboards or investigations related to fraud or security
