Seeding & Fulfillment Associate (2 Openings)
Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $18–$20/hr
Status: Full-Time • Non-Exempt
Shifts: Monday–Friday

AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

PM Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Must be flexible to switch between AM and PM shifts when needed.
Muha Meds is hiring two Seeding & Fulfillment Associates to support hemp product fulfillment, inventory control, and compliant shipment processing. This role is fast-paced, accuracy-driven, and crucial to supporting our wholesale, retail, and influencer distribution channels.
What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, label, and ship hemp product orders (master cases, samples, seeding kits)

Ensure all shipments meet hemp compliance and labeling standards

Track, update, and reconcile inventory daily

Prepare shipments via ShipStation, Shopify, PirateShip, and Google Sheets

Communicate restock needs and coordinate product movement

Support new product rollouts, retail expansions, and seeding campaigns

Identify and troubleshoot shipping or fulfillment issues
Requirements

1–2 years warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or e-commerce experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently

Experience using ShipStation, Shopify, or similar tools

Must have a valid forklift certification on day one

Must be fully proficient with pallet jacks

Must be comfortable switching between AM and PM shifts

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

Experience in hemp, wellness, or CPG is a plus
