Seeding & Fulfillment Associate (2 Openings)
Location: Tustin, CA
Pay: $18–$20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Status: Full-Time • Non-Exempt
Dialed Moods is hiring two Seeding & Fulfillment Associates to support daily order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory needs for our functional wellness products. This is a hands-on operations role supporting wholesale, retail, influencer, and internal shipments.
What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, label, and ship orders with speed and accuracy

Build and ship seeding kits, sample boxes, and master cases

Update tracking logs using ShipStation, Shopify, PirateShip, and Google Sheets
-
Maintain inventory accuracy across warehouse and fulfillment areas
-
Communicate restock needs and inventory movement to operations
-
Support product launches, packaging updates, and seasonal pushes
-
Follow established SOPs to ensure quality and compliance
Requirements
-
1–2 years experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with fulfillment platforms (ShipStation, Shopify, PirateShip)
-
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
-
Forklift certification: Preferred, but not required — must be willing to obtain

Pallet jack proficiency: Preferred, not required
-
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
