Summary
On-site engineer installs, configures, and troubleshoots semiconductor equipment for customers, provides pre/post-sales support, and trains users.
- Responsible for setting up, installing, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
- Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.
- Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
