Senior Account Manager – Digital Creator Agency

Location: Remote
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,000

We are an established digital creator management agency looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in account management, team leadership, client relationships, and revenue optimization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of creator accounts and their daily operations.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor account performance, revenue trends, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved account performance.
- Manage client onboarding and ongoing communication.
- Proactively resolve issues and improve client retention.
- Help develop scalable account management processes.

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Background in creator management, digital marketing, or subscription-based businesses preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience overseeing remote teams.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and revenue data.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
