Senior Account Manager
As a Senior Account Manager, you will:
Manage and grow 3 to 5 strategic accounts with significant revenue potential.
Develop and execute account plans to drive long-term business growth.
Build strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
Identify and close new project opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through CRM tools.
Deliver customer insights to support business and product strategies.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and account retention.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or strategic account management.
Proven track record of growing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decisionmakers.
Experience in AIDC, barcode scanning, RFID, label printing, mobile computing, enterprise mobility, or related industrial technology solutions is highly preferred.
CRM experience, preferably Salesforce or similar platforms.
Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or enterprise customers is highly desirable.
