The Role
We are looking for a collaborative and energetic Senior Account Manager to manage a book of business comprising the world’s largest financial institutions. Dealing principally with C-suite and VP-level, you’ll maximise engagement whilst helping us achieve our ambitious revenue targets.
You’ll work very collaboratively and cross-functionally with our Commercial, Product and Client Delivery teams, cultivating strong relationships with our key contacts, monitoring the provision of key client deliverables and ensuring a great end-to-end customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as primary point of contact for a selection of clients - addressing day-to-day queries, cultivating strong relationships and maximising overall customer engagement.
Monitoring progress on client deliverables and ensuring these are provided in a timely manner.
Developing a robust understanding of our solutions to facilitate effective discussions with clients.
Ensuring client feedback and usage data is passed to our Product team to inform product development.
Managing access to Evident’s in-house subject matter experts and analysts to resolve complex queries.
Collaborating with our Commercial and Client Services teams on renewal strategy, leveraging customer analytics and metrics.
Identifying expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue, working cross-functionally to maximise outcomes.
Maintaining and reporting an accurate rolling forecast.
Core Skills
Proven track record managing a wide range of client stakeholders - i.e. Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS / information services company, or client-facing consultancy role.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a sales target for retention and/or growth.
Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across different teams.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Structured, process-driven mindset that can turn successful strategies into repeatable playbooks.
Nice to have
Experience selling to financial services clients.
Experience using a sales CRM (e.g. Hubspot).
Experience working within a start-up / scale-up.
