You will serve as the primary contact for a major global strategic account, manage day-to-day operations and client needs, build customer relationships, identify process improvements and growth opportunities, coordinate internal delivery, develop account plans, and support cross-selling and upselling.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and client needs
- Build relationships across the customer’s organization
- Identify process improvements and incremental growth opportunities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Support cross-functional efforts and connect people and ideas
- Grow and scale strategic or enterprise accounts
- Manage global customer stakeholders
- Cross-sell and upsell based on customer needs
- Partner with banking operations teams and external banking partners
- Participate in business reviews and use data to guide decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of global enterprise account management experience in the payments industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Experience creating and executing strategic account plans
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscapes
- Knowledge of fintech, banking, or payments
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Card issuing and processing experience
- Experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts
- Experience managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders
- Experience with cross-selling and upselling
- Experience identifying new revenue streams
- Experience partnering with banking operations teams and external banking partners
- Experience participating in business reviews and using data-driven strategies
