Senior Account Manager Net New Sales - Retail and Process Manufacturing Industries
Job location: Austria or Germany - home or office based
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing sales opportunities with the customers in the Retail, Distribution and Process Manufacturing (Food and Beverages, Cosmetics, Chemical, Fashion) Industries. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing assigned accounts, and understanding customers’ business issues and design strategies.

- Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
- Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients.
- Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent annual quota achievement.
- Challenge your clients and prospects to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans. Establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Experience selling technology business solutions to retail and process manufacturing customers
- Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization.
- Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.
- Previous success in achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent German and English.
