About the Role
Symbiotic Services is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Account Manager for a fast-growing technology client transforming the resident experience in the multifamily housing sector. In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, drive retention and expansion efforts, and serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across all levels.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role that blends client success with commercial growth strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with accountability for net revenue retention and expansion.
- Build and deepen multithreaded relationships across operational and executive stakeholders.
- Use consultative selling to identify new opportunities, promote features, and align solutions with client goals.
- Develop Account Development Plans tracking usage, satisfaction, and growth strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and customer success.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic sessions to showcase outcomes and value.
- Oversee renewals, contract terms, and billing alignment to drive customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS account management, enterprise sales, or customer success.
- Proven track record of driving upsells and renewals in complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with PropTech, multifamily housing, or real estate SaaS.
- Experience with large third-party operators or ownership groups.
- Knowledge of CRM/project tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, or Asana.
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $110,000–$140,000 + commission + equity opportunities.
