The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and leading Agency resources in order to meet Client's marketing and advertising needs. In this role, the Senior Account Manager has overall responsibility for Agency output and provides perspective and leadership in the development of quality solutions.
What you’ll do
- Supervise the strategic direction and development of accounts
- Identify, evaluate and monitor effective marketing channels
- Direct the development of both the marketing and communication plans
- Assist client in establishing long- and short-term marketing objectives and goals
- Act as internal client liaison
- Oversee new product and service launches
- Responsible for all final Agency work-quality control
- Manage Account staff in daily workflow, training and career development
- Supervise overall budget management
- Manage account profitability
- Participate in financial forecasting, tracking and reporting
Who you are
- Min 4 years of advertising experience with min 2 years of account management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with sound qualitative & quantitative analytical understanding.
- Good leadership skills and understand the importance of working collaboratively in teams.
- Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including production, media, research and database management areas
- Strong analytics background with the ability to translate customer insights derived from data into actionable marketing outputs
