Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on GST, TDS, and tax compliance. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and finalization of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely processing of invoices. - Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations. - Conduct audits and assist in the preparation of audit reports. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. - Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Tally software and other accounting tools. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and tax regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
