Senior Accountant
The Opportunity
Join a highly respected and
progressive accounting and advisory firm on the Gold Coast, offering far more
than a traditional public practice role.
Working closely with the
Directors and leadership team, you'll manage an established portfolio of
clients while providing high-quality taxation, compliance and advisory services
to a diverse range of businesses.
This opportunity is ideally
suited to an experienced Senior Accountant who can confidently manage client
relationships, take ownership of work from start to finish, and operate with a
high level of autonomy. Whilst technical capability is important, the business
is equally focused on finding someone who genuinely enjoys working with people,
building relationships, and contributing positively to team culture.
The firm continues to invest
heavily in technology, automation and AI-driven tools, allowing the team to
spend less time on repetitive compliance work and more time delivering
meaningful advice to clients. As these technologies evolve, you'll play an important
role supporting and mentoring junior team members while helping clients
navigate increasingly complex business decisions.
For the right person, this
role offers genuine long-term career growth within a modern and
forward-thinking firm that values collaboration, innovation and exceptional
client service.
