Senior / Accounts Executive (Full Sets Accounting) (F&B / Paya Lebah / Perm)

About the Company

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a well-known Singaporean food brand founded in 1986 at Maxwell Food Centre. From our humble beginnings as a hawker stall, we have grown into a multi-outlet F&B business with outlets across Singapore, including Jewel Changi Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

· Full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, daily book keeping transactions

· Prepare GST submissions and support audit and ax matters

· Prepare monthly financial statements, consolidation balance sheet and P&L statements

· Perform monthly bank reconciliation, month-end closing, year-end closing and ensure accuracy of accounting records

· Responsible for yearly financial audit and work closely with tax agents, banks, and auditors and other external parties

· Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions

· Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

· Liaise closely with suppliers and customers for payment related matters

· Support other finance and accounting duties as required

Requirements:

· Diploma, ACCA level 1 or 2, Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline

· Min 3 to 5 years of full-set accounting experiences

· Experiences from Food & Beverage (F&B) industry will be advantage

· Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST reporting

· Proficient in Excel and accounting software ABSS
