Senior ai agent developer
We are seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise‑scale AI agent ecosystems. This role focuses on creating sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous decision‑making, workflow orchestration, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities AI Agent Architecture & Development Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI agent solutions. Architect scalable agent‑based systems and frameworks. Develop autonomous workflows and decision‑making capabilities. Design multi‑agent collaboration and orchestration models. Establish development standards and best practices. Enterprise Integration & Automation Enable AI agents to operate effectively across enterprise environments. Integrate agents with business applications, APIs, and databases. Design workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency. Support enterprise transformation and automation initiatives. Develop reusable tools and agent capabilities. Operational Excellence & Optimization Ensure AI agents perform reliably at scale. Monitor agent performance and operational metrics. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability. Support deployment and production operations. Governance, Security & Risk Management Implement responsible controls for enterprise AI agents. Ensure compliance with security and governance requirements. Assess risks associated with autonomous systems. Develop monitoring and audit capabilities. Support responsible AI deployment practices. Leadership & Innovation Provide technical leadership and contribute to AI strategy. Mentor junior developers and engineers. Evaluate emerging AI agent technologies and frameworks. Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to organizational AI standards and roadmaps. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience. Proven experience developing AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, or AI‑powered applications. Advanced Python programming and software architecture skills. Experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies. Strong understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, and memory systems. Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services. Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures. Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience operating within Agile software development environments. Nice to Have Experience with Crew AI, Lang Graph, Auto Gen, Open AI Agents, or similar frameworks. Experience implementing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation solutions. Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies. Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments. Knowledge of AI governance and responsible AI practices. Experience building multi‑agent systems. Advanced AI or cloud certifications. Working ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
