About the Opportunity

- Play a pivotal role across the end-to-end AI lifecycle, from rapid proof-of-concept experimentation through to building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI agents using Azure AI Foundry.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions, generative AI applications, and intelligent agents using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft AI services.
- Integrate advanced AI capabilities and knowledge repositories seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and data platforms.
- Implement robust AI engineering, DevOps, and MLOps best practices to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance optimisation.
- Embed responsible AI principles, privacy safeguards, and strict governance/security controls into all technical architectures.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into high-value AI solutions.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this position, you will ideally bring:- Technical Toolkit: Azure AI Foundry (must have), Azure AI Services (must have), Generative AI models, Machine Learning platforms, MLOps, DevOps, and prompt engineering.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions, integrating AI models with corporate enterprise systems, and delivering successful AI proof-of-concepts/pilots.
- Core Capabilities: Strong grasp of ethical AI and security frameworks, backed by superior stakeholder management, technical advisory, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Eligibility & Clearance Requirements
- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current Baseline security clearance or be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain one.
