ABOUT THE POSITION

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents for operational workflows.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Salesforce) via APIs or DB connection.
• Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), context injection, and prompt-chaining for knowledge-aware automation if needed.
• Build and maintain the infrastructure required for AI development, training, and model monitoring (MLOps).
• Architecture data ingestion, cleaning, and preprocessing pipelines to ensure high-quality data streams for model training and inference.
• Work with developing teams on development, deployment of AI Production.
• Document models, pipelines, and prompts for auditability and reproducibility.

• 构建并维护AI开发、训练及模型监控（MLOps）所需的基础设施。
• 设计数据摄取、清洗和预处理流程，确保模型训练和推理使用的高质量数据流。
• 与开发团队协作，推动AI生产环境的开发与部署。
• 编写模型、流程和提示的文档，确保可审计性和可复现性。

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 4–8 years’ experience in data engineering, machine learning, or automation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, working knowledge of Java or JavaScript is highly preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with major frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms like AWS SageMaker.
• Understanding of RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering, and LLM integration a plus.
• Experience working with structured (ERP, Project Operation) and semi-structured data (documents, logs).
• Strong communication skills — can explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

• 4到8年数据工程、机器学习或自动化相关工作经验。
• 精通SQL，具备Java或JavaScript的工作知识者优先。
• 拥有PyTorch、TensorFlow等主要框架的丰富实践经验。

• 了解RAG流程、提示工程（prompt-engineering）及大型语言模型（LLM）集成者优先。
• 有结构化数据（ERP、项目运营）及半结构化数据（文档、日志）处理经验。
• 良好的沟通能力，能够向非技术人员清晰解释技术解决方案。
