Senior AI Harness Engineer - Build Scalable AI Pipelines

SNSoft Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead AI development and governance across engineering teams. You will continuously monitor AI vendors, evaluate frontier models, and drive safe adoption with robust, scalable processes.

You will build internal evaluation benchmarks, improve workflows, and define security standards to prevent data leakage and prompt injection while enabling rapid AI-enabled delivery.
