Key Responsibilities

• Own the AI Product Strategy & Backlog: Define, prioritize, and drive production-grade AI use cases based on technical feasibility and business ROI, translating raw requirements into user stories with robust acceptance criteria and edge-case coverage.

• Establish AI Quality & Evaluation Frameworks: Partner with subject matter experts to curate golden evaluation datasets, monitor hallucination risks, and refine prompts, guardrails, and context retrieval systems to ensure high accuracy and production readiness.

• Orchestrate Cross-Functional POD Delivery: Lead sprint planning, grooming, and release cycles across AI research, data engineering, frontend development, and DevOps teams to balance product innovation, latency, and cloud consumption budgets.

• Drive Stakeholder & Compliance Alignment: Direct technical workshops, product demos, and executive check-ins while securing data privacy and governance sign-offs across compliance-sensitive enterprise environments.

• Manage Risk & Cloud Operations: Proactively track key project milestones, manage LLM token costs and infrastructure dependencies, and maintain transparent risk logs to protect system reliability and budget constraints.

What You Bring

• 4+ Years of Product Ownership Experience: Proven track record delivering modern software products, with hands-on experience shipping production LLM applications (e.g., AI agents, RAG architectures, document extraction, conversational AI).

• Deep AI & LLM Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of model evaluation methodologies, prompt engineering workflows, vector search, guardrails, and key observability metrics (accuracy, token consumption, latency).

• Agile Ownership & Execution: Experience crafting detailed technical user stories, API requirements, and decision logs within Jira and Confluence to turn ambiguous ideas into tangible products.

• Stakeholder Strategy & Client Leadership: Demonstrated capability to interface with North American executive stakeholders, articulate complex technical trade-offs, and navigate regulated business environments.

• Advanced English Fluency: Exceptional written and verbal C1+ English skills to confidently lead cross-functional teams and international client workshops.

• Bonus Technical Exposure: Experience with Azure AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LLM observability platforms (LangSmith, Phoenix, Arize), or fintech/financial services environments is a strong plus.
