Role Overview
The Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst / Engineer designs, develops, and supports enterprise-grade automation solutions to drive operational efficiency. Using Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath, you will partner with business and technical teams to identify manual processes and transform them into scalable, automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Development: Build and maintain automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, AI Builder, UiPath Studio, and UiPath Orchestrator.
- Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze manual workflows, gather requirements, and map out automation opportunities.
- Integration: Connect automation solutions with databases, APIs, cloud services, and third-party enterprise platforms.
- Analytics & Support: Create operational dashboards (Power BI) to track automation performance, troubleshoot workflow errors, and provide platform support.
- Governance: Ensure all solutions comply with enterprise security, documentation standards, and Center of Excellence (CoE) best practices.
- 5+ years of general IT or software development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and/or UiPath.
- Deep familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath Studio, and Orchestrator.
- Experience integrating workflows with REST APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
