The U.S. Consumer Services Team (USCS) is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the U.S. Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world-class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

The Senior Analyst- U.S. Consumer Cross-Channel Marketing Strategy will support cross-channel strategy development and execution for key strategic initiatives across U.S. Consumer Marketing. This individual will work closely across the broader USCM team and play a critical role in contributing to efficient revenue growth, deepening customer engagement, and supporting the evolution of the Consumer Marketing business. They will help establish, implement, and analyze key marketing strategies across product and membership services. This individual will be required to work cross-functionally with key internal partners, including teams within U.S. Consumer Marketing, Product Management & Lending, and Global Advertising & Brand Management.

  • Support the development and activation of holistic go-to-market approaches for critical cross-channel initiatives, including enterprise product refreshes, new offers and benefits, and enterprise moments
  • Serve as a central liaison across USCM teams for priority product initiatives
  • Support USCM cross-channel strategy development for critical enterprise projects
  • Proven marketer with acquisition and/or loyalty marketing experience
  • Strategic thinker who brings thought leadership, challenges conventional thinking, and develops innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • Skilled relationship builder with a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with conviction to a variety of partners and band levels including senior leadership; ability to influence outcomes required
  • Natural standout colleague who can deliver results resourcefully in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where your direct reports and partners will rely on your leadership
  • Strong project management skills to effectively manage and drive multiple initiatives across different work streams simultaneously

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
