Senior Analyst, Vendor Management

About Us: Headquartered in Chicago, Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC is an investment bank that combines Wall Street scale with the agility of an independent, employee-owned firm. We help financial institutions uncover overlooked opportunities, navigate complexity, and make decisions grounded in insight—not impulse. Our work is focused on long-term impact and relationships built on what matters most: trust and enduring performance.

About the Position: The Vendor Management Senior Analyst supports the economical, efficient, and timely creation, negotiation, implementation and management of vendor agreements to support business initiatives. This role supports the SVP in managing a high volume of contracts under tight timelines while adhering to a strict standard of business ethics, integrity, and organizational compliance guidelines. The ideal candidate will help support bridging the gap between compliance/procedure requirements and business needs in a customer-centric manner, working closely with various stakeholders, compliance and legal. The responsibilities shown below are not all inclusive, additional responsibilities may be added. Primary preference for Chicago-based candidates; open to remote arrangements depending on experience and fit.

Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following:

  • Familiarize themselves with the Vendor Management platform to understand processes.
  • Manage shared inbox and respond to or route inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Manage the Vendor Management platform, including entering new agreements and renewals and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Maintain updates on Vendor Management processes with the various required documentation.
  • Identify process improvements and present recommendations to the SVP of Vendor Management.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to complete the New Vendor Intake process, including collecting required documentation such as MNDAs and SOC reports.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, AP, and business units as needed.
  • Assume ownership of a growing volume of Event and Subscription agreements as experience develops.
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding, including license assignments and reassignments or cancellations of unused licenses.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to reassign or cancel unused software licenses.
  • Process and track renewal requests and ensure associated compliance, security, and tax documentation is current (OFAC, SOC, W-9/TIN).
  • Engage with vendors on renewals, licensing, SOC data, and related matters.

Please Note: While we love connecting with curious candidates, we want to be transparent that informal conversations with our team do not factor into hiring decisions. The best way to move forward is to apply directly as we review every application carefully.
