Senior Analytics Engineer: End-to-End Data Platform (Remote)

hlpy is seeking a genuinely senior, hands-on Data Engineer to join our AI & Data team. You will own end-to-end data models from raw sources to extraction files that our contracts depend on, and you will push back when a number is wrong.

You will design, build and own models across staging, intermediate, silver, marts and customer-facing extractions in a dbt project and collaborate with ingestion, governance and customer teams to agree definitions and metrics, ensuring quality and provenance.

Design, build and own models across the full stack — staging, intermediate, the entity-pure silver layer, marts, and the customer-facing outbound extractions. Investigate data provenance, publish rules with provenance, and make them testable. End-to-end responsibility: scoping, modelling, testing, review, release — and production once. Migrate legacy BI logic into dbt, without changing numbers read by customers. 5+ years building and operating production data platforms. Deep, hands-on dbt: incremental models, snapshots and tests, CI runs. Professional working English, written and spoken. Italian welcome but not required. Remote Working Fresh fruit and snacks
