The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in API testing and a strong background in JavaScript and TypeScript, particularly with the Playwright framework. As a Senior API Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our APIs through rigorous testing and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for APIs. - Utilize Playwright for automated testing of APIs, ensuring high coverage and efficiency. - Collaborate with development teams to understand API specifications and requirements. - Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. - Conduct performance and load testing to ensure APIs can handle expected traffic. - Provide feedback on API design and usability based on testing outcomes. - Mentor junior testers and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
