Role Overview
Responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s Managed File Transfer (MFT) and file-based integrations, ensuring critical business files are transferred securely, reliably, and on time. Relevant experience required 6+ years experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support GoAnywhere MFT across different environments.
- Manage MFT workflows, schedules, users, connections, certificates, and file-transfer processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot failed, delayed, missing, or incomplete file transfers.
- Support SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SMB, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure File Shares.
- Investigate end-to-end file-transfer issues and coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate file searches, transfers, archiving, validation, reporting, and other operational tasks.
- Support GoAnywhere upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and system enhancements.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Prepare implementation plans, testing steps, verification procedures, and backout plans.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support runbooks.
