Senior Architect (Event experience)

Role: Senior Architect / Design Implementation and 3D Modeling Specialist (Event Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
 Design Development:

- Transform design concepts into feasible, simple, and easy-to-produce elements.
- Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using CAD and Rhinoceros software.

 Creative Realization:

- Understand the initiative and rationale behind creative ideas.
- Accurately realize creative concepts into the final product.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with architects to review and interpret design ideas and specifications.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and production teams to address design-related issues and   modifications.

 Production Oversight:

Oversee the production of design elements according to specifications, including idea realization, detailed drawings, cutting, assembly, and finishes.
Manage the assembly and supervise the on-site construction of design elements to ensure proper, safe, and design-oriented outcomes.

 Process Improvement:

 - Provide feedback on design and production processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 Technical Expertise:

 - Utilize AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawings and diagrams.
 - Manage working files across different software formats for communication with suppliers and clients.

*This role requires strong skills in design software, collaboration with various teams, and the ability to oversee the entire production process from concept to final product.

Requirements

1. Educational Background:
   

   • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
     
   • Additional certifications in 3D modeling, CAD software (AutoCAD, Rhinoceros), or design software are a plus.
     

2. Professional Experience:
   

   • 5+ years of experience in architectural design, 3D modeling, and design implementation.
     
   • Experience in managing complex design projects from concept to production.
     
   • Proven track record of successful collaboration with architects, designers, and production teams.
     

3. Software Proficiency:
   

   • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for both 2D and 3D drawings.
     
   • Proficiency in Rhinoceros or other 3D modeling software (such as SketchUp or 3ds Max).
     
   • Familiarity with other design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, etc.) is an advantage.
     

4. Technical Knowledge:
   

   • In-depth understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and material specifications.
     
   • Ability to create and interpret technical drawings and specifications with a focus on practical application.
     

5. Project Management & Oversight:
   

   • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee the production and assembly process.
     
   • Experience in managing the on-site installation of design elements and ensuring safety and quality standards.
     
   • Proven ability to manage timelines and deliver results on schedule.
     

6. Collaboration & Leadership:
   

   • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
     
   • Ability to lead design meetings, provide guidance, and communicate ideas effectively with different stakeholders.
     
   • Experience in working collaboratively with clients, suppliers, and production staff.
     

7. Problem Solving & Process Improvement:
   

   • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve design and production challenges.
     
   • Analytical skills to provide feedback on design and production processes for optimization and improvements.
