SENIOR ARCHITECT

We are looking for a SENIOR ARCHITECT who balances bold design with the technical rigueur required to bring complex projects to life. At MASSLAB, you won’t just execute plans; you will be a key driver in our mission to design for a hopeful future.

DESIRED PROFILE

● Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with +7 years of professional experience;

● Proven experience across all project phases (Concept, Licensing, Detail Design, Construction follow-up);

● Exceptional conceptual and design skills in 2D and 3D;

● A meticulous approach to architectural detail and a disciplined commitment to project delivery and quality control;

● Proficiency in graphic and design tools;

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

● Fluency in English (both spoken and written);

● A proactive, motivated, and initiative-driven mindset;

● Proficiency in Revit (BIM) will be considered an asset.
