Senior Architect, Project (Hospitality)

Summary
Oversee hospitality interior projects from design to construction, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance and quality in Singapore.
- Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission. (Hospitality)
- Able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
- Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
- Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
