Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of TDS as per applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
  • Manage TDS entries, validations, and reconciliations within SAP.
  • Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.) and generate Form 16/16A.
  • Monitor vendor payments and ensure correct TDS deduction based on PAN and applicable rates.
  • Handle TDS-related queries from internal teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for TDS audits and assessments.
  • Stay updated with changes in TDS regulations and ensure timely implementation.
  • Generate and analyse SAP reports for TDS compliance and MIS reporting.
  • Assist in automation and process improvement initiatives related to TDS in SAP.

Qualification:

· Qualified chartered accountants with experience in Direct Tax - Income Tax & DTAAs, International Tax

· Working knowledge of FEMA & Corporate Law

· Willingness of handling tax office matters

· Work experience of minimum 3-5 years post qualification.
