Key
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate deduction and deposit of TDS as per
applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.
- Manage TDS entries, validations, and reconciliations
within SAP.
- Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q,
etc.) and generate Form 16/16A.
- Monitor vendor payments and ensure correct TDS
deduction based on PAN and applicable rates.
- Handle TDS-related queries from internal teams and
vendors.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for TDS
audits and assessments.
- Stay updated with changes in TDS regulations and ensure
timely implementation.
- Generate and analyse SAP reports for TDS compliance and
MIS reporting.
- Assist in automation and process improvement
initiatives related to TDS in SAP.
Requirements

Qualification:
· Qualified chartered accountants with experience in Direct Tax - Income Tax & DTAAs, International Tax
· Working knowledge of FEMA & Corporate Law
· Willingness of handling tax office matters
· Work experience of minimum 3-5 years post qualification.
