- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP

- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits
- Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning
- Provide actionable insights on financial performance, variances, and key business drivers
- Develop dashboards and MIS reporting for senior management
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and modeling
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow planning and liquidity management
- Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, capital allocation, and returns
- Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy
- Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration (if applicable)
- Identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities
- Drive financial discipline across business units
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements
- Implement robust risk management frameworks
- Monitor changes in financial regulations and assess impact
