Summary
A Senior Associate Product Manager at Product Madness in Barcelona supports the development and optimization of an existing social/mobile game: generating feature ideas, creating wireframes, gathering player feedback, defining KPIs, and running A/B tests while collaborating with PMs, artists, and engineers.
We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Associate Product Manager to support the development and optimization of an existing social or mobile game while building the skills and experience needed to grow as a product leader in the gaming industry.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Generate visions and ideas for the game, its market position, and engaging, highly monetizable features.
- Turn ideas into detailed concepts, test them with users, and support decisions about implementation.
- Own features and optimizations from ideation through delivery when appropriate.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and user flows for new product features and content.
- Gather and synthesize player feedback from surveys, reviews, and in-game data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, artists, and engineers to prioritize tasks, manage the roadmap, and support effective implementation.
- Define, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), using metrics to guide priorities and next steps.
- Plan and execute systematic A/B tests, including split testing.
- Continuously optimize features after launch to increase engagement and monetization.
