You will recruit and train manpower for the Consumer Loan Against Property business. You will map sales territories, improve sales productivity, support branch-led business, drive cross-selling, monitor profitability and portfolio quality, implement sales processes, and ensure delivery of corporate office initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train manpower for the Consumer Loan Against Property business.
• Map catchments to direct sales teams.
• Support direct sales teams and drive productivity.
• Drive Consumer Loan Against Property business through branch banking.
• Cross-sell products to existing and new customers.
• Manage Consumer Loan Against Property profit and loss for assigned branches.
• Deliver annual operating-plan targets for sales teams and branches.
• Ensure profitability and portfolio quality.
• Monitor sales-manager productivity.
• Ensure direct sales teams follow the sales process.
• Coordinate marketing activities and participation in local association meetings.
• Work with branch banking teams on branch leads.
• Conduct customer visits with direct sales teams.
• Implement corporate office initiatives.
