Senior Associate (Windows Server Support) (IT)

Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate (Windows Server Support) to join their team.

Senior Associate (Windows Server Support)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first line technical support on hardware, software and networking related issues.
• Provide support and conduct troubleshooting to various systems and applications.
• Provide support to Windows operating system, Email services and MFA solution.
• Perform operational tasks and maintain IT asset inventory records management.
• Documentation the standard support & operation procedures and build up knowledge base.
• Assist in IT project coordination and implementation.
• Perform system support and fire-fighting after office hours.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of solid experience in desktop support
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows 10, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, MS Office
• Familiarize with virtualization technologies e.g. VMware environment.
• Basic understanding of storage, networking, firewall management.
• Good team player, strong communication and well organized
• Proactive, self-motivated and service-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
