- 10 years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years backend development
- Strong hands-on expertise in C#
- TypeScript experience beneficial
- MongoDB, MS SQL, Elasticsearch experience
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, gRPC, GraphQL
- Proven code review experience and commitment to high code quality
- Self-reliant with collaborative, cross-functional mindset
