Senior Backend Developer – .NET & RF Protocols

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain backend services using C#/.NET and C/C++.
- Build and enhance telecom protocol decoders for LTE, 5G NR, GSM, and WCDMA.
- Implement chipset-specific protocol updates for Qualcomm, Samsung Exynos, and MediaTek based on ICD specifications.
- Develop protocol parsers for NAS, RRC, RLC, MAC, and PHY layers.
- Decode throughput metrics such as PDSCH, PUSCH, and MAC DL/UL scheduling.
- Optimize backend performance, database operations, and large-scale data processing.
- Develop geospatial and map visualization components using TypeScript.
- Troubleshoot production issues, customer escalations, and protocol decoding challenges.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities.
Required Skills
- 5–12 years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET and C/C++
- Hands‑on experience with LTE, 5G NR, GSM, or WCDMA technologies
- Knowledge of SQL Server/T‑SQL
- Experience with telecom protocol decoding and message parsing
Preferred Skills
- 3GPP protocol stack knowledge (NAS, RRC, RLC, MAC, PHY)
- Qualcomm QXDM, Wireshark, or other protocol analysis tools
- Experience with Qualcomm, Samsung Exynos, or MediaTek chipsets
- Understanding of chipset ICD specifications
- TypeScript and geospatial/map UI development
- Telecommunications analytics, benchmarking, or network optimization
