Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code using Django.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
• Manage and interact with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with the Django framework.
• Solid understanding of database design and management (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
