Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that power our real estate technology solutions, smart-city platforms, and digital twin products.
The ideal candidate has strong expertise in backend development, system architecture, database design, and performance optimization, along with the ability to take technical ownership, mentor team members, and contribute to key engineering decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
Lead backend architecture, system design, and database modeling decisions.
Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Develop secure, reliable, and high-performance applications capable of handling data-intensive workloads.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and production issues.
Establish and maintain engineering best practices for code quality, code reviews, automated testing, and secure development.
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, product, and AI teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, monitoring, logging, and production support.
Mentor backend engineers and support technical knowledge sharing across the team.
Participate in technical planning and make architectural decisions aligned with business and product requirements.
