Senior Backend Developer with C# .net

Senior Backend Developer to advance an award-winning travel company’s eCommerce platform and internal apps. You’ll lead backend work from a technical standpoint within the Digital team, shaping API-driven features and automation. You’ll collaborate with frontend and design to enhance UI/UX, and implement automated testing to ensure quality. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, continuous delivery, and problem-solving to improve processes and performance. • Lead eCommerce web and application development from a technical perspective
• Collaborate with frontend and design to improve UI/UX
• Analyse and propose improvements to existing website features
• Identify and automate processes with the business lead
• Implement automated regression testing for the software developed
• Support cross-departmental work in an agile environment

• ASP.NET, C#, HTML, JavaScript, React
• MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
• SOLID development principles
• REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger) and API messaging formats (JSON, XML, SOAP)
• Azure cloud services and resource deployment
• CI/CD and delivery tools (Git, GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins, Selenium)
• Jira and Confluence
• Umbraco CMS experience (optional)
