Senior Backend Developer

You'll join as a founding member of the scripting team, building and maintaining the off-chain infrastructure that powers DeFi protocols. You will work on everything from automation scripts to monitoring systems in a high-ownership role that emphasizes best practices, reliability, and maintainability. You'll get to write elegant, testable code while working on automation, infrastructure, and Web3 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain off-chain infrastructure for DeFi protocols
• Develop automation scripts
• Develop and maintain monitoring systems
• Write testable, maintainable code following best practices

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with TypeScript in production environments
• Proven ability to deploy and manage scalable production-ready services
• Strong understanding of software testing and CI/CD practices, and system reliability
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Demonstrated curiosity and passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies
• Experience with Rust, Golang, or Python (nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS and serverless architectures (nice to have)
• Experience with IaC such as Terraform (nice to have)
• Knowledge of running blockchain nodes or integrating with RPC endpoints (nice to have)
• Past work on monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, or custom alerts (nice to have)
