Senior Backend Engineer, AI Features in Production

Instrumentl is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own AI features end to end, from prototyping to production. You will build APIs, tool-using agents, and RAG pipelines that power grant discovery, application drafting, and research tools used by 5,500+ nonprofits.

You’ll ship AI to production, ensure reliability with observability, and collaborate across Product, Design, and GTM. Strong Python backend skills and experience with LLM features are required.
