Senior Backend Engineer, AI Platform & Orchestration

Lightning AI seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and scale backend systems powering AI development. You will work across distributed training infrastructure, workload orchestration, experiment management, developer tooling, and platform APIs while partnering with our Managed Infrastructure, Core Platform, and Optimized Compute teams.

This is a hybrid role based in London, San Francisco, or New York City with a minimum of two in-office days per week.
