Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient backend services for blockchain applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Go, Rust, or Node.js.
• Build and manage APIs and microservices that interact with blockchain networks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features.
• Implement robust security measures to protect backend systems and sensitive data.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and contribute to best practices within the engineering team.
• Stay current with emerging backend technologies and blockchain advancements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, with a strong track record of building complex, scalable systems.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Rust, Java, Python, Node.js).
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems principles and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with blockchain concepts and protocols is highly desirable.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
