We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and build the infrastructure that allows brands to manage their business operations effectively.

Engagement: Full-time, hybrid (3 days per week in-office)
Salary: $156,000 - $214,500 per year plus equity and benefits

What you'll do
- Establish clear service boundaries within our backend architecture.
- Integrate AI tools to automate and assist with routine team tasks.
- Improve performance for high-contention data models.
- Develop core functionality for our Kotlin-based server.
- Create and maintain APIs for our web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with product managers to refine the user experience for our brand partners.
Requirements
- Proven experience using AI to automate large-scale quality improvements in existing codebases.
- Strong technical knowledge of NewSQL relational databases, specifically CockroachDB.
- Experience analyzing engineering productivity to identify and implement improvements across multiple teams.
- Ability to write secure, testable, and scalable code for millions of users.
