Motive is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Equipment Monitoring team. You will build backend systems that ingest IoT telemetry from asset gateways and sensors, delivering real-time location and health data for fleets.
You will design and operate Kafka/Flink pipelines and APIs, working with Embedded and IoT teams to ensure scalable data flows. Hybrid work is available, with a focus on engineering excellence and high-quality software.
