Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services and APIs.
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code in languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Work with databases (SQL and No SQL) to design schemas and optimize queries.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Develop and manage microservices architecture.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, C#).
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
