Senior Backend Engineer — Python, AI, Cloud (Remote)

Democrance is seeking a Senior Back-end Software Engineer to build scalable services in Python with Django/Pyramid and AI-enabled workflows. You’ll work in a mature, international team across Dubai and UK time zones, contributing to a mobile-first, high-traffic insurance SaaS platform.
