Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale backend services using .NET Core Design, document, and maintain RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Develop event-driven features and integrations using cloud messaging services (e.g. Azure Service Bus) Work across relational and NoSQL data stores (SQL Server, MySQL, and cloud-native databases)
• Deploy and operate services on Azure and/or GCP, using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud storage services Design for large-scale, auto-scaling systems and high-availability architectures Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana Collaborate closely with client engineering and architecture teams Break down ambiguous or complex technical problems into clear, actionable solutions Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers

About You

• Strong backend development experience with .NET Core in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and API design Proven ability to analyse complex or ambiguous problems, break them down systematically, and drive them to resolution — this matters more to us than tool-specific expertise Experience designing for scalability and reliability (event-driven, auto-scaling systems) Clean, maintainable coding practices with an eye toward security and reliability Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architecture, performance tuning at scale, or observability/monitoring practices.
